PROGRAM
Sailing boats for those in seek of adventures to the Southern Hemisphere...come on board of our Kekilistrion boat to Tierra del Fuego, Cabo de Hornos, Cordillera Darwin and its glaciers, Antartica, Georgias, Islas Malvinas and other Southern adventures...
The proposed journeys are available onlly by sailing boat, and no sailing experience is needed. The boat is at its best for 4 people-maximum confort is guaranteed- but 5 persons are possible if the crew knows well each other.
The journey
lasts generally 14 days from Ushuaia to Ushuaia, during which we go first
to Cape Horn and then to the Darwin Ridge glaciers
(North section, west of the Beagle Channel).
We devote the first week to the Cape Horn; the time left is for the glaciers.
We also offer sailings with trekking: the idea is to combine a walking day
plus a sailing one. The difficulty of the former depends on the level of
the group.
These expeditions take 14 days just in the glaciers area, but as these itineraries
depend on the weather conditions the schedules may be modified
so as to have a safe and pleasant voyage.
